  We bought a 2007 VW Passat 83K miles in excellent condition from them for a great price. We worked with George, he's a gentle and patient man. He helped us go through the whole process without pressure, addressing all our concerns.
  
  I found the car on the web and called them a day before that we'll come and have a look. When my wife and I arrived the next morning they already had the car waiting for us and we took it for a test drive by ourselves. Before signing, we took the car to a mechanic nearby for a full inspection and he brought to our attention that error codes indicate there are some electrical problems with the car, in particular with the AC and the radio. Back at the office we talked with George about this and he promised they will fix any issues related to these errors and so we closed the deal. At the end it turned out all the problems were related to a missing nut on one of the screws used for grounding of various electrical components leading to intermittent loss of connection. As the problems were only showing up occasionally it was relatively hard to trace down and I had to bring the car in twice. They always gave me a loaner car and both George and the guys from the service department were kind and helpful all the time.
  
  In short, it was a good buying experience and a good deal for an excellent car.

  Went looking for a specific vehicle they had, but it was still being readied for sale at the shop. Was told I would be sent pictures when it was ready and could place a hold on it if I wanted to. Never received any pictures or other communication regarding the vehicle. We bought our two vehicles from another dealer.
